Consultation Fees
Non-Refundable Services: Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the medical consultation has been provided. This includes:
- In-person consultations where the doctor has examined the patient
- Medical advice provided during the consultation
- Prescription medications recommended during the visit
- Diagnostic recommendations and treatment plans
Appointment Cancellations
Advance Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment:
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund of any advance payment
- 2-24 Hours Notice: 50% refund of advance payment
- Less than 2 Hours: No refund available
- No-Show: No refund available
Emergency Cancellations: In case of genuine medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
Doctor Initiated Cancellations
If Dr. Solati Rahul Reddy needs to cancel an appointment due to:
- Medical emergency or illness
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Clinic closure
Patients will receive a full refund of any advance payment or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Treatment and Procedure Refunds
Ongoing Treatments: For multi-session treatments or procedures:
- Refunds will be calculated based on remaining unused sessions
- Treatment packages may have different refund terms
- Medical necessity and patient progress will be considered
Medication and Supplies
Medications and medical supplies are generally non-refundable due to safety and regulatory requirements. Exceptions may be made for:
- Unopened medications with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect prescriptions issued by the clinic
- Allergic reactions identified before medication use
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our clinic within 7 days of the service date
- Provide your appointment details and reason for refund request
- Submit any required documentation
- Allow 7-10 business days for refund processing
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Cash Payments: Cash refund available during clinic hours
- UPI/Digital Payments: Refunded to the original account within 3-5 business days
- Card Payments: Refunded to the original card within 5-7 business days
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and we may consider partial or full refunds based on:
- Medical documentation
- Nature of the circumstances
- Time elapsed since service
- Overall patient care continuity
